Calvin James Wartnick was born on February 22, 1999. He was diagnosed with Autism and a learning disorder at the age of 3. While the doctors at the time painted a grim picture of his abilities growing up, he surpassed everyone's expectations. Struggling with chronic pain for most of his life, he turned to the pain clinic and opiates in an attempt to feel better. These prescription medications, along with other medications he was taking for anxiety and depression, ultimately ended Calvin's life. Calvin was a kind, polite, hard-working, authentic person - a one-of-a-kind gem. He loved pizza, fishing, and riding on his Jeski. While Calvin passed away on September 3rd, 2023, he will live in our hearts, and everyone he touched, forever. We miss him dearly.
